Plans to ban work hours smoking in Odense Council scuppered

A proposal banning Odense council employees from smoking during working hours was voted down by the city council this week. The idea was proposed in order to reduce the number of average sick days an employee took from 18 to 13, saving the council 50 million kroner a year.
