OKLAHOMA CITY -- Getting college students to quit smoking is the goal of a new bill at the State House. This week the state senate passed a bill which gives the Oklahoma Board of Regents clear authority to ban tobacco on any public college or university. Right now some universities, like OSU, already have a total ban of tobacco on campus; others, like OU, do not.
